The CTA takes effect January 1, 2024. New companies will be required to file reports within 30 days of incorporation. Existing companies or exempt companies that lose their exemption will need report any new change within 30 days. Failure to do so and you will face penalties of up to $500 and $10,000 and jail time for violations. 

This training will walk you through how to be compliant with this new law. I don't know about you, but I don't want to risk paying $500 for a mistake when I can learn the right way from a business attorney for a small investment.
